Item ...................... I think it is a Crimping tool for banding but I am not sure, might be for some type of a welding and crimping application judging by the manufacturers name
Size ...................... It looks like it is for crimping 1/2" or 9/16" maybe 5/8" clips. The slot is .621" wide so not really quite wide enough for 5/8
